Baldwin is charged with second-degree murder in the death, which occurred last Thursday, as mentioned by FOX13 Memphis.
According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a fight at the Memphis East Campground on Justin Lake Cove around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Rudolph unresponsive on the ground and he was pronounced dead 15 minutes later. The shooter had already fled the scene. Witnesses said the shooting followed a fight, which they believed was related to a domestic dispute, as stated by WREG.
Investigators have issued a warrant for Baldwin's arrest following a fatal shooting involving Rudolph at a Lakeland campground. Authorities believe the altercation between the two, linked to a domestic relationship, escalated when Baldwin fired the shot that killed Rudolph. Baldwin was not at the scene when police arrived, but he was located and arrested a week later. Currently held at Crittenden County Jail, Baldwin faces a charge of second-degree murder and awaits extradition to Tennessee. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident, as reported by Action News 5.
