Tiffany Baldwin, 38, was arrested on Thursday in Earle, Arkansas, in connection with the shooting death of 58-year-old Timm Rudolph at a Lakeland campground. The arrest was made by local detectives, Arkansas State Police, and the U.S. Marshals. According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a report of a fight at the Memphis East Campground on Justin Lake Cove around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Rudolph unresponsive on the ground and he was pronounced dead 15 minutes later. The shooter had already fled the scene. Witnesses said the shooting followed a fight, which they believed was related to a domestic dispute, as stated by WREG.
