The Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to a call around 1 a.m. in the 1000 block of Triple Hill Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds, as reported by FOX5 Atlanta. Medics transported these victims to Atrium Navicent Health.
The investigation unfolded further, revealing that three more injured parties had been taken to the same hospital in personal vehicles, with a seventh victim taken to Piedmont Healthcare. A 34-year-old man, Jawasiki Deuventa Guyton, succumbed to his injuries, while an 18-year-old remains in a critical condition. Five other wounded individuals are expected to recover from their injuries, according to Atlanta News First.
