Stephen Wattenbarger has been charged with the sale and delivery of over 50 grams of fentanyl, following a lengthy investigation by local authorities, WVLT reported.
Hundreds of fentanyl pills and a sum of several hundred dollars in cash were confiscated during the investigation.
