
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office has disclosed the indictment of George Mosley on multiple charges related to child sex trafficking. According to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Mosley, born in February 1993, faces 14 counts of Child Sex Trafficking which are considered a Class Two Felony, two counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class Six Felony, and one count of Illegal Control of an Enterprise, also a Class Two Felony.
Details from the Maricopa County Attorney's Office reveal that Mosley allegedly victimized a 17-year-old after contacting her through Instagram. Between May and July of 2024, he persuaded the Michigan teen to travel to Arizona, with the intent of employing her in prostitution. Once there, Mosley is accused of personally engaging in sexual acts with the minor and demanded, she perform acts of prostitution while he exerted control over her.
The suspect is currently held on a $400,000 cash bond, as per the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. A trial has been scheduled for April of 2025, which will be a significant time away for those seeking justice.
