A tragic single-vehicle crash in Seminole County yesterday morning led to the death of a 58-year-old Marion County woman. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was riding her Harley-Davidson southbound on Hickman Drive when she failed to navigate a left curve properly and veered off the road, ultimately colliding with a concrete utility pole. The accident occurred around 10:30 a.m., south of Ava Court, as per ClickOrlando.
The aftermath of the crash saw the woman taken swiftly to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Reports from WESH highlight that the victim was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
