The MBTA Transit Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a person involved in an incident on the Green Line near Ball Square last Wednesday, around 9 a.m. The individual is reported to have engaged in lewd and lascivious conduct while riding the trolley. Anyone with information is urged to come forward, as reported by the MBTA Transit Police.
According to the MBTA Transit Police in a post on their X account, "ID Sought re: Lewd & Lascivious Conduct 12/4 9AM on board an #MBTA GL Trolley in vicinity of Ball Sq. SP sat across from a female and performed a lewd act. Recognize him? Pls contact our CIU w/any info you have at 617-222-1050. TY U can remain anonymous." They asked anyone with information to get in touch with the Criminal Investigations Unit, and emphasized that tips could be provided anonymously.

The MBTA Transit Police are using social media to encourage the public to help identify and report misconduct on public transportation.
