Memphis Police are actively searching for two men in connection with an armed robbery at a Walgreens in Midtown. According to WREG, the incident occurred in the early hours of Monday when two masked individuals, one armed with an AR-style rifle and the other with a handgun, entered the store located at Union Avenue and South McLean Boulevard. The suspects demanded and took $310 from an employee at the front of the store.

Surveillance footage captured the suspects in the act, showing one of the men pointing the rifle directly at an employee. The second suspect's handgun, notable for its extended magazine wrapped in white tape, was also aimed threateningly.
