The Mesa Police Department continues to search for a suspect accused of two incidents along the Western Canal in Mesa. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, an individual has allegedly groped one woman and exposed himself to another between late November and early December, south of Guadalupe Road between Price and Dobson Roads.
Described as a male with a light complexion, shoulder-length or long curly blonde or dirty blonde hair, the suspect's image looms in a space where families expected safety. Mesa police believe he stands between 5'5"-5'10" and looks to be in his late teens or early 20s. The suspect, caught riding a black bicycle, was wearing a black hoodie and potentially glasses during the incidents. He reportedly engaged his victims by asking for directions to a nearby gas station, says a Mesa Police Department blog post.
