The Boston Police were called to the scene at around 7:30 p.m., following reports of a man scantily clad in underwear and causing a commotion near the train tracks along Medford and Polk streets. Further investigation led officers to a startling discovery — a vehicle partially submerged in the waters off the Little Mystic Boat Ramp on Terminal Street, as per WHDH.
