The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the public's help in tracking down multiple suspects tied to a shooting that took place on Bourbon Street on the evening of November 30, where a 15-year-old boy was wounded. The incident occurred around 7:22 p.m. in the 200 block of Bourbon Street, the historic thoroughfare known for its nightlife and as a hub of Mardi Gras celebrations, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Investigators from the New Orleans Police Department's Eighth District have identified six individuals from the Baton Rouge area, with one being singled out as the shooter, they arrived and departed the scene together. While the New Orleans Police Department has released images of the suspects, the names have not been made public, and the suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
New Orleans Police Department is actively seeking additional information that could lead to the arrest of those involved. They are encouraging anyone who may know more about the event, or the whereabouts of the pictured suspects, to come forward and reach out to the New Orleans Police Department Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080.
