The tragic incident took place on Sunday, along the 6100 block of Franklin Avenue, which resulted in the death of two individuals and the injury of two others, as reported by the New Orleans Police Department.

The New Orleans Police Department's Third District responded to a shooting at 7:11 p.m. They found several victims with gunshot wounds. A 16-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene. A 23-year-old and a 22-year-old were taken to the hospital by private car, but the 23-year-old later died. A 17-year-old was also taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Detectives from the New Orleans Police Department Homicide Section have managed to obtain surveillance footage depicting a suspect linked to the violent episode. The department has released this video in hopes that someone in the public might recognize the individual and come forward with valuable information to aid in the investigation.
