Isaac Knapper, Head Coach at Spartan Boxing Club, couldn't veil his pride. "The Silver Gloves Tournament is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and represent their communities," he told the Mayor's Office. Larry Barabino, Jr., CEO of NORD Commission, added his two cents, touting the importance of youth sports in nurturing tomorrow's leaders. "We’re thrilled to welcome this prestigious tournament to the Milne Recreation Center," he chimed in. "Events like these highlight the importance of youth sports in developing healthy, resilient, and determined individuals," as mentioned by the City of New Orleans.
