The Outlets North Phoenix, an ever-expanding shopping destination just off Interstate 17 in Anthem, has hit a new stride. Known for housing big-name fashion outlets like Polo Ralph Lauren and Gap, the center is now diversifying its retail offerings by welcoming six new stores and specialty services, marking a significant growth in occupancy—a 20% increase from the previous year. "With the phenomenal development in North Phoenix as a result of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, North Phoenix Outlets expects to continue growing and providing retail and service amenities to the greater North Phoenix market and surrounding area for decades to come," JoAnn Truax, Director of Real Estate Operations at Craig Realty, told the Phoenix Business Journal.
The center recently opened its doors to Red Rock Trading Post, a shop blending Western and vintage themes, Kimes Ranch, showcasing authentic Western attire, and Betty’s & Bros, an online brand turned physical store with offerings for both women’s and men’s fashion. As the area continues to grow, three more businesses are set to open in early 2025, including the Eternal Beauty Med Spa, Van Marcke Plumbing Supply, and My Play Place—a children's indoor play center complete with climbing structures, arts and crafts area, and a ball pit with swings and slides, as per Phoenic Business Journal.
Not content with merely offering discount shopping, the mall is branching out into restaurants, entertainment and services. "Shoppers will always be able to save up to 70% at our outlet stores; however, with the addition of service options, they can also take care of the many tasks on their to-do list without making multiple stops," Truax added, according to an interview with KTAR News. This shift towards an all-encompassing retail experience caters to the thriving North Phoenix community who may soon, find everything from fashion to plumbing supplies at this conveniently located marketplace.
The development of new stores serves not just as a nod to retail growth, but also to the evolving consumer needs. It's a recognition that shopping centers must diversify to stay relevant in an era where convenience is king. Eternal Beauty Med Spa promises to be a sanctuary for aesthetics, wellness, and holistic care with treatments like the Japanese Head Spa. Whereas Van Marcke Plumbing Supply is set to equip the North Phoenix residents with a broad selection of plumbing necessities. Meanwhile, My Play Place will be an exclusive indoor haven for the children to frolic and learn. Each new establishment further cements Outlets North Phoenix’s place as a hub for varied consumer needs, as per KTAR News.
