
A Phoenix teenager was hospitalized following a shooting involving two vehicles early Sunday morning near 7th Street and Union Hills Drive. The incident, which occurred around 4:45 a.m., left one teen injured, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
Police confirmed the injuries were non-life-threatening. Several teens were at the scene, and the area, typically quiet, was shaken by the violence. Phoenix Police Sgt. Rob Scherer, shedding light on the events, said, "Preliminary information indicates that two vehicles traveling on Union Hills Drive exchanged gunfire," as stated in a report by FOX 10 Phoenix.
It is unclear whether any arrests have been made, and the shooting is still under investigation, as ABC15 detailed.
