The suspect, following the provided description put forth over the radio to responding officers, was apprehended in his vehicle along Walter J. Hannon Parkway. Officers, drawing on the information at hand, linked the disturbance to a dispute rooted in narcotics. Wielding expertise particular to explosives and firearms, a K9 unit signaled to an area of the vehicle, revealing a Mauser-HSE .380 caliber firearm, as described by the encounter with law enforcement.
