According to the PCSO, Willhite’s involvement has been characterized by her enthusiasm for teamwork, which she believes is essential for solving cases. Immersed in an environment designed to replicate real FBI operations, the Academy provided Willhite with a deeper understanding of the complexities of law enforcement. "Being part of the Seattle Teen FBI Academy was such an amazing experience. I learned how important teamwork is in solving cases and it opened my eyes to how much goes into keeping communities safe," Willhite stated.

Willhite has expressed her goal of serving with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, noting that her recent experiences have provided valuable insight. She has identified the Pierce County Cadet program and the FBI Teen Academy as important steps in her pursuit of a career in law enforcement.

"My goal is to join the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department in the future. The Pierce County Cadet program, and programs like the FBI Teen Academy, give me the most experience to achieve my goals," Willhite confided, according to the PCSO.
