The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed a shooting incident occurred in the south parking lot just shy of 3:00 p.m. Immediate intervention by the deputies led to the detaining of a person of interest for further questioning, as they secured the location to ensure the safety of the public.
The first responders found evidence of the crime at a section of the parking lot and transported one victim to a local hospital with injuries classified as non-life-threatening. While details remain sparse, the sheriff's office is confident that the incident was isolated, emphasizing there is no ongoing danger to the community.
