The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for an at-risk missing person, Gregory Manuel, on behalf of the San Leandro Police Department. Manuel, a 67-year-old man, was last seen near San Leandro in Alameda County yesterday around 9:30 a.m. It is believed that he is traveling by foot.
Manuel is described as standing 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a maroon jacket and khaki pants, according to CHP - Alerts.
