Detour instructions for those affected suggest that drivers heading east of I-270 on Ladue Road use Interstate 64, exit at Ballas Road and proceed north until Ladue Road. Conversely, those traveling to locations west of I-270 should continue north on I-270, exit at Olive Boulevard (Route 340) and follow the alternative route provided.
