The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is currently investigating a stabbing incident that occurred on December 19, leaving one man dead. According to a report provided by the SLMPD, officers responded to a call for a cutting at around 4:08 p.m. in the 8400 block of Water St. where they discovered the victim.
Upon their arrival, police found the male victim, whose identity remains unknown, with a large stab wound on his back in the rear yard of the property, not conscious or breathing. Despite the efforts of emergency services who were swiftly on scene, the individual was pronounced dead, as mentioned in the report on the SLMPD's official website.
