The holiday break will temporarily halt services at the Surprise Resource Center and Senior Center, including activities and the in-person meal program. To ensure no one misses a meal, the Senior Center is offering frozen meals for all three days of closure. Orders must be placed by noon on Thursday, December 19, either by calling 623.222.1500 or ordering in person.
For those seeking meal options during the closure, the El Mirage Senior Center will serve meals on December 24 and 26, starting at 11 a.m. Reservations are required a day in advance, with a suggested $3 contribution. Call 623.876.4232 for details. The Banner Olive Branch Senior Center in Sun City will also offer meals at 11 a.m. on the same dates, with a suggested $4 contribution.
