Kelley is 5'6" tall and is identifiable by her characteristic hairstyle, typically worn in a bun.
Additionally, the police report indicates that Kelley may be in the company of an individual identified as "Jules." As per the information shared on the Worcester Police Department's social media platforms, "Jules" is believed to reside in either Lincoln Village or Webster.
