A tragic dispute over a cellphone has claimed the life of a 19-year-old man in Atlanta's West End neighborhood. According to Atlanta News First, the shooting occurred Monday afternoon on the 300 block of Holderness Street SW. Officers responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 2:50 p.m. discovered the victim with a gunshot wound. Despite the quick response, the young man was pronounced dead at the scene.
