Authorities have described Leandro as approximately 5' 10" tall and weighing 191 pounds, with black eyes and medium-length blonde hair. It's reported that he was last seen wearing a black shirt with gray pants. The Sheriff's office has emphasized that Torres is at risk, especially since he has neither a cell phone nor family in the region who could assist in his whereabouts.
Community members in the area have been urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information that may lead to the discovery of Torres. Anyone with details that could aid in locating him is encouraged to contact the Alameda County Sheriff's Office at (510) 667-7721 or their local law enforcement agency immediately.
