Concerns for his safety have been elevated due to Torres's mental health diagnosis and the absence of his necessary medication.

Authorities have described Leandro as approximately 5' 10" tall and weighing 191 pounds, with black eyes and medium-length blonde hair. It's reported that he was last seen wearing a black shirt with gray pants. The Sheriff's office has emphasized that Torres is at risk, especially since he has neither a cell phone nor family in the region who could assist in his whereabouts.
