Concern is growing for a Chicago resident, Frank Peoples Jr, a 68-year-old African American male who has been reported missing since December 8, 2024. The Chicago Police Area 2 Special Victims Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Peoples, who was last seen in the vicinity of 2300 East 93rd Street.
According to the Chicago Police Department’s bulletin, he was wearing a beige hoodie, brown joggers, and slip-on loafers at the time he went missing. Peoples is described as standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 172 pounds, with brown eyes, a dark brown complexion, and bald.
The case, officially referred to as case number JH545770, has triggered engagement from community members and a call for any information that could lead to the safe return of Mr. Peoples. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Special Victims Unit at 312-747-8276 or to call 911 immediately, the Chicago Police Department stated.
