A Cincinnati man is currently being held on a $1 million bond after a fatal encounter in Mt. Echo Park that left one person dead, local authorities report. Rasu Amir Salaam, 25, has been charged with the murder of 27-year-old Limber Gomez Rivera following a vehicular collision last Saturday, which escalated into a shooting.
