The meeting, initially scheduled for next Wednesday, has been postponed for a second time. The delay, requested by the property owner, Ethan Conrad Properties, will push back discussions on the proposed changes that could impact local development, as announced by the City of Citrus Heights.
The proposed amendment under review includes the introduction of quick-service restaurants with drive-thrus, as well as other changes that could affect the local environment. The plan also addresses the inclusion of light industrial and storage uses, building materials sales, and automotive services. Feedback is an essential part of this process, and despite the setback, the City of Citrus Heights has assured that comments already submitted will be "provided to the City Council as part of the review process when this item is rescheduled."
