Colerain Township Police have reportedly arrested a man in the armed robbery of a PayMore electronics store, which occurred last week. In the incident, an armed suspect, along with another man, reportedly stole money from employees. WLWT identifies the man in custody as 38-year-old Rayshawn Kelley, who was charged with aggravated robbery and having weapons under disability, both felonies.

An arrest was made yesterday following a traffic stop where multiple firearms and narcotics were found in the suspect's car. Kelley, a convicted felon, is prohibited from possessing firearms. According to a statement obtained by Local12, Kelley was on parole and wearing an electronic monitoring device at the time of the robbery. This information appears to have been instrumental in linking him to the crime scene.

Additional details from FOX19 revealed that the robbery occurred last Friday shortly before 11:33 a.m. Kelley's criminal history includes a robbery conviction in 2007, a felonious assault conviction in 2012, and previous convictions for having weapons under disability.

The Colerain Township Police Department's investigation is ongoing, as the second suspect remains large. Despite narcotics being found at the time of Kelley's arrest, there were no charges concerning narcotics possession listed in his booking information. He was reportedly admitted to the jail at 5:02 p.m. on Thursday. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Kelley's arraignment is scheduled for the following day.
