He was described as an African-American in his late teens to early 20s, with a height of about 5 feet 5 inches and weighing between 120-130 pounds. The individual was dressed in a white and red t-shirt emblazoned with the word "RESPECT," paired with blue sweatpants adorned with red stripes and black NIKE sneakers.
After the police took to the avenue of sharing his image with the public, the combined efforts of community members and officers culminated in a successful reunion between the lost individual and his family.
