Dollywood Parks & Resorts is preparing for its 40th anniversary season by hosting a series of hiring events to staff its properties. The first event will take place on Saturday at Sevier County High School, with additional events planned for January and February, as SuperTalk 92.9 reported. The hiring initiative comes as the park expands, following the recent openings of Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort and the Dolly Parton Experience.
Following the recent expansion of Dollywood, including the opening of Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort in November and the Dolly Parton Experience in May, the company is offering a wide range of open positions, according to The Mountain Press. These roles are available not only at the flagship amusement park but also at Dollywood's Splash Country water park and its lodging facilities, including Dollywood's DreamMore Resort and Spa and the newly opened HeartSong Lodge & Resort.
In addition to part-time and full-time positions, Dollywood is offering a variety of benefits, including free lunch each shift, competitive wages, and 100% tuition assistance. "Working at Dollywood may very well become a lifetime home for those looking for a position that means ‘a little more,'" said Dollywood representatives, in a statement obtained by WVLT. Job seekers are encouraged to attend the hiring events early to access the widest range of available positions.
Opportunities at Dollywood span across various departments, including hospitality, food service, ride operations, ticketing, culinary, merchandise, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. Applicants must be at least 14 years old to apply, and job opportunities are available year-round, offering flexibility for different schedules. For interested candidates, available positions and their descriptions can be found at the official jobs webpage, dollywoodjobs.com.
