
On Tuesday in Dorchester, O'Neal Hall, 46, from East Boston, was arrested after a routine traffic stop. Police pulled him over for a non-working rear license plate, and the investigation led to multiple firearm and drug charges. The Youth Violence Strike Force was involved, according to the Boston Police Department.
Officers stopped Hall during an enforcement operation near Quincy Street and Howard Avenue. They discovered he was driving with a suspended license. A search of his vehicle led to the discovery of a firearm, ammunition, and crack cocaine. Hall was arrested, as reported by the Boston Police Department.
The Boston Police Department have charged Hall with illegal firearm possession, carrying a loaded gun, driving with a suspended license, and drug possession. The charges are set for arraignment in Roxbury District Court.
