An El Paso man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a 64-year-old woman. Last month, police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident on the 7300 block of North Loop. According to the City of El Paso from the El Paso Police Department, the woman was making a U-turn when her vehicle was struck by a speeding 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. The suspect fled the scene on foot after his vehicle became disabled just past the intersection of Hawkins. He remained at large until the 19th of December when officers located and apprehended him for the above charges.
