According to NBC Boston, the crash happened around 8:30 p.m. at 1829 Washington Street, and both individuals, including a minor, were promptly taken to the hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, one of them succumbed to their injuries.
Boston police are currently searching for the driver of the vehicle, who has yet to be apprehended after fleeing the scene of the accident. The incident has sparked a significant manhunt, but specific details about the vehicle involved have not been disclosed. The crash site remained cordoned off well into last night. The identity of the deceased has not been made public, and it remains unclear whether the adult or the child was the victim who died.
