On Thursday, two masked individuals robbed a FedEx driver on Stow Road in Harvard, Massachusetts, stealing a package without using a weapon. The suspects' getaway car, a white Acura TLX with a Connecticut license plate marked "BN," had been parked nearby for hours. Police responded quickly, but the suspects had already fled, according to WCVB.
Harvard Police Chief James Babu urged residents to stay alert and report any suspicious activity, stating, "We urge all residents to stay alert and report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately." Police are reviewing surveillance footage and working with neighboring agencies on leads. Angelica Morgado, whose $2,000 Apple monitor was expected at her secluded home off Stow Road, noticed a suspicious car parked at her driveway all morning. She expressed concern, saying, "I am scared, because I have three kids. The kids play alone in my backyard," as reported by NBC Boston.
FedEx acknowledged the incident, stating, "We are aware of the incident and are cooperating with the local police in their investigation," and assured the public that no one was injured. Authorities are working to find those responsible and urged anyone with information to come forward. Chief Babu said, "Even seemingly minor details could provide critical information in solving this case."
