His fingerprints were identified through the FBI system, leading to his arrest on Monday. Mays is charged with Malice Murder and is being held in Catoosa County Jail without bond. 

Authorities are investigating the death of Ms. Wiley, with the Catoosa County Coroner’s Office and Fire Department assisting in the recovery of her remains. The Ringgold Police Department is requesting anyone with information to come forward, and anonymous tips can be submitted through the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
