
A 51-year-old man from Greensboro, Alabama was arrested in Grove Hall, Dorchester, over the weekend on charges related to firearms, drugs, and untaxed cigarettes. The arrest followed complaints from local residents about drug activity and the illegal cigarette sales, according to the Boston Police Department.
On last Friday and Saturday, police in Grove Hall observed Manestreem Forty-Four making illegal transactions from his car, including the sale of untaxed Newport cigarettes, drugs, and an illegal firearm. After two days of surveillance, he was arrested following an attempt to flee, as reported by the Boston Police Department.
Mr. Forty-Four was arrested after police found cash, unstamped cigarettes, marijuana, and a loaded 9mm firearm in his vehicle. He faces charges for drug possession with intent to distribute and firearm offenses. His arraignment is set for Dorchester District Court, as stated by the Boston Police Department.
