A New Hampshire man faces serious charges after being arrested for allegations of sexual assault on an 11-year-old girl. Aleisandro Garcia, 22, of Hudson, was apprehended on Tuesday, as reported by NBC Boston. Nashua police began their investigation on September 15, 2024, upon receiving a report that Garcia may have been involved in an inappropriate encounter with the young girl at Mine Falls Park the previous day.
Garcia faces serious charges, including aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and gross lewdness in the presence of a child, after allegedly engaging in "numerous sexual acts" with a young victim. The two initially connected on the social media platform Snapchat, where they exchanged inappropriate messages before meeting in person at a park in Nashua, where the assaults took place. Garcia is being held without bail, and an arraignment is scheduled on Wednesday. It is unclear whether he has secured legal representation, according to WMUR.
