Born in Louisville, Kentucky—or "Loo-uh-vul," as he insists on the pronunciation—Conner adds a dash of the Bluegrass State to Mustang's public service scene, as reported by the City of Mustang.
Residing in a historic part of Oklahoma City, Conner's home is a stone's throw from the fairgrounds, nestled within walls that have stood since 1930. A family man, he and his wife Taylor, also college sweethearts, welcomed their first child, Francine, last September—a new chapter which, according to a statement obtained by the City of Mustang, has deeply impacted Conner. "Immediately upon holding my daughter for the first time let in a rush of emotion I'm still feeling every day," he affirmed.
In his professional arena, Conner finds the greatest joy in serving the public and promoting development that positively benefits Mustang's community. As conveyed in the City of Mustang's report, he relishes "helping to foster planned development that benefits the community." His favorite project thus far has been his participation in the Leadership Canadian County program, which enabled him to rub shoulders with other emerging leaders and delve deeper into the workings of local businesses and industries.
Off the clock, Conner's passions include Black Forest Cake, not just for dessert, but as an all-time favorite treat. He also swings to the sounds of the band Muse, enjoying their live performances and recalling fond memories of their concerts.
