
Memphis police arrested Titus Pearson, a 37-year-old repeat offender, on Saturday following an incident at the Fairbridge Inn on Macon Cove.
According to the Memphis Police Department Facebook page, officers responded to a disturbance where they found Pearson aggressively beating on a door and refusing to leave. When Pearson tried to flee, officers used a taser to subdue him and made the arrest. Pearson has six felony convictions, nine misdemeanor convictions, and twenty-four arrests. He was already wanted for multiple charges including Robbery and Aggravated Assault.
In addition to his existing warrants, Pearson faces new charges of Evading Arrest on Foot. He was given a bond of $138,000. The Memphis Police Department posted about the arrest, titled "DV Repeat Offender Arrested," and provided the report number 2501023638ME for public record tracking.
