
The Memphis Police Department has sent out a call for information regarding a recent shoplifting incident at a local grocery store. Yesterday morning, a man and a woman entered Superlo, located at 4571 Quince Road, and filled their cart with an assortment of groceries. Their attempt to pay for these items ended unsuccessfully when their card was declined, leading them to leave the store with the items without rendering payment.
As described by the police, "No arrest has been made. This is an ongoing investigation." The surveillance photo of the individuals in question was released on the department's official Facebook page. The suspects, a male and female, were captured on camera attempting to exit the store with unpaid merchandise, all while expressing an urgent call for the community's assistance in identifying them came from the police department.
