Despite the frigid temperatures, which were noted to be in the low 20s, crews were able to control the fire after approximately an hour of engagement.

The location's proximity to Murfreesboro Fire Department’s Station 4 allowed firefighters to arrive almost immediately, though they discovered the structure already fully engulfed upon their arrival, as detailed by WGNS Radio. Authorities have confirmed that the building was vacant during the incident, and thankfully, no injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office, according to the Murfreesboro TN Fire Rescue Department.
