An overnight house fire in Pagedale resulted in one fatality and left four individuals requiring hospital treatment, with a total of seven people reportedly affected by the incident, local authorities stated today.
According to KSDK, the blaze occurred shortly after midnight at a home on 70th Street, where Pagedale Police Chief Anthony Huckleberry said there were seven people inside the house at the time, the fire was extinguished, which is when a man was found deceased in the attic.
The St. Louis County Regional Bomb and Arson Unit is now involved in this ongoing investigation, offering their support to determine the cause of the fire which currently remains unknown, as noted by sources at First Alert 4.
