The driver at the wheel of the Kia, identified as 21-year-old Ginger Grochowski from Pacifica, exhibited clear signs of alcohol impairment, and Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, which confirmed her inebriated state, the Pacifica Police Department reported. After completing the sobriety tests, officers arrested Grochowski for DUI. She faces charges under California Vehicle Codes 23152(A) and 23152(B), which cover driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, respectively. She was taken to a local hospital for precautionary evaluation before being released with a criminal citation.
