Residents of Ramsey County should mark their calendars for upcoming special elections set to fill seats for the County Commissioner District 3 on February 11, and House Representative for District 40B on January 28. The District 3 County Commissioner position will represent a variety of communities within Saint Paul, highlighting communities such as Falcon Heights and Como Park.
