As per the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) website, work will continue tomorrow with a partial closure of westbound US 90 BUS. Starting at 7 PM tomorrow, the right lane between Annunciation St and Nunez St will be closed until 4 AM Saturday, likely causing traffic slowdowns.
Additionally, the on-ramp from Tchoupitoulas St to US 90 BUS westbound will be closed from 7 PM tomorrow to 4 AM Saturday, weather permitting.
On Saturday night, work will resume at 9:15 PM and end by 7:15 AM Sunday. This will involve alternating lane closures on US 90 BUS westbound between Annunciation St and Nunez St. The work is part of the ongoing infrastructure project H.015504.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) urges drivers to use caution in these areas. "DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment," as noted in the announcement.
