A fatal fire occurred in the 3600 block of Rio Loma Way, where a two-story residence was engulfed in flames. The Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene and found the house fully involved in fire on both levels. Fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze and discovered one victim who had died in the fire.
