A late-night armed robbery at a local Circle K store has Seattle residents on edge as authorities continue their search for the suspect. According to the Seattle Police Department, the incident occurred just after midnight yesterday when a white male, estimated to be in his late teens to early 30s, leaped onto the store counter, brandished a firearm, and demanded money along with tobacco products.
The contentious event unfolded at the convenience store at the intersection of 25 Av NE and NE 75 St, where the Seattle community usually finds solace in the mundane predictability of late-night snacks and gasoline. The suspect has yet to be captured, having fled the scene in haste with cash and stolen goods in tow, leaving behind a shaken but unharmed store clerk and no physical damage to the property. The K9 unit was brought in to track down the perpetrator, but unfortunately, it hit a dead end. The robbery division has since been notified and has taken charge of the investigation.
