As FOX19 reports, the project will sprawl over an 11-acre site in Delhi Township, with the purchased land bound by Delhi Pike, Greenwell Avenue, Klemme Drive, and Glenroy Avenue. School officials promise that, being built a few minutes from campus, it will afford various sports programs an expansive new home by mid-late 2026.
Scheduled to begin construction immediately, the Seton Sports Complex will feature amenities, including a turf field designated for soccer, lacrosse, and flag football and an eight-lane outdoor track and field space. On top of tennis and pickleball courts, the complex offers spectator seating to accommodate family and fans. From WCPO, details emerged regarding a two-story athletic center, which houses a weight room, training room, meeting rooms, health and wellness center, batting tunnels, and locker facilities.
This venture draws its financial backbone from donor contributions and grants, forming part of the Seton Centennial Fundraising Initiative. The luxurious construction on the same site integrates four luxury suites and a press box, equipping the school to host broadcasting events within the compound. Confirming the establishment's efforts to enhance the experience of attending sports events, the complex will also integrate a concession area with outdoor dining options and a spirit shop, as Local12 echoed statements from school officials.
