The transit commenced at around 10 a.m. last Tuesday with intermittent road impacts throughout the operation and while the final touches are being completed, River Road remains partially accessible—it has been narrowed but stays open to emergency vehicles in case urgent passage is needed.
Meanwhile over at Ormond Center Court in Destrehan, the regular bustle has been interrupted by road construction, effectively blocking the stretch from 150 Ormond Center Court to 3001 Ormond Blvd, which includes known locales like Rotolo's Pizza and Buddy's Frostop.
