A Target store became the scene of an armed robbery yesterday, in an unsettling daytime encounter. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department's report, at approximately 2:50 p.m., a man attempted to shoplift multiple pieces of clothing from the Target located at the 4200 block of Hampton.
